The 30-bed medical rehabilitation hospital provides specialized rehabilitative care to individuals with disabling injuries or illnesses, including strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson\u2019s disease, multiple sclerosis, and other medically-complex conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Camp-Fry brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to her role, including inpatient rehabilitation, hospital operations, ancillary services, and clinical operations. Most recently, she served as chief executive officer of a 48-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Phoenix, where she oversaw clinical, financial, and operational performance and provided strategic leadership for the organization. Previously, she served as chief executive officer of a 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Miami, where she grew revenue and referrals, strengthened community and provider partnerships, improved employee engagement, and led the team to strong clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m honored to lead ClearSky Avondale and work alongside a team dedicated to changing lives through specialized rehabilitative care,\u201d Camp-Fry says. \u201cOur highly trained interdisciplinary team, advanced rehabilitation technologies, state-of-the-art facility, and patient-centered approach allow us to provide exceptional care tailored to each patient\u2019s unique needs. I look forward to building on the hospital\u2019s strong foundation and continuing to enhance the care we provide to patients and families throughout the region, helping more individuals maximize their recoveries and regain independence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Camp-Fry earned a doctorate in business administration from California Southern University in Costa Mesa, Calif., and a master\u2019s degree in business administration in management and a bachelor\u2019s degree in medical technology from Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio, Texas.
