Pam Briggs has been named Director of Marketing and Business Development for ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Elwood-St. Joseph, a new 30-bed medical rehabilitation hospital that will provide specialized rehabilitative care to individuals living with disabling injuries or illnesses.
In this role, Briggs will be responsible for the hospital’s admissions department and will coordinate activities to educate patients, families, community, and referral sources about hospital services.
Briggs brings more than 13 years of experience to her position, having served in direct care roles and as a social services director in a skilled nursing environment. For the past eight years, she was in leadership roles in marketing and business development for post-acute rehabilitation facilities.
A certified medical technician and certified nursing assistant, Briggs earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix – Online Campus. She also is a certified activity director and a social service designee. She is a member of various community and professional organizations, including the Northwest Professionals on Aging and the Northland Professionals on Aging. She has served as a Chamber Diplomat with the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce.
ClearSky Elwood-St. Joseph is expected to open in March 2023.
