The medical rehabilitation hospital treats patients with disabling injuries or illnesses such as strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson\u2019s disease, multiple sclerosis, or other medically-complex conditions like COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Nora is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a subspecialty certification in brain injury medicine. He is an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Previously, he served as medical director at a rehabilitation hospital in Milwaukee.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Nora will lead the hospital\u2019s interdisciplinary healthcare team, which will provide patient services that include physical, occupational, and speech therapy; rehabilitative nursing; case management; respiratory therapy; dietary services; and other specialized care.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a privilege to work with a dedicated and talented team like the one at ClearSky Kenosha,\u201d Dr. Nora says. \u201cI have already seen some dramatic gains in patients\u2019 function and quality of life with the care given here.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Dr. Nora graduated with a dual bachelor\u2019s degree in molecular biology\/physics and philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. He earned a doctorate in molecular biophysics, a medical degree, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
