The 36-bed medical rehabilitation hospital provides specialized rehabilitative care to individuals with disabling injuries or illnesses, including strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson\u2019s disease, multiple sclerosis, and other medically-complex conditions.<\/p>\n<p>As a registered nurse, Craven is a seasoned healthcare executive with nearly 20 years of clinical and leadership experience. He has held diverse roles in healthcare facilities across Florida, Virginia, and Ohio. Most recently, he served as the market director of business development at a medical rehabilitation hospital in Gainesville, Fla. Known for driving business development and operational success, Craven has a proven track record of building collaborative partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results while maintaining a strong commitment to patient-centered care and healthcare compliance.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m deeply honored to lead an organization that changes lives every day,\u201d Craven says. \u201cMy journey began at the bedside as a registered nurse, where I learned that healing is about more than medicine. It\u2019s about hope, resilience, and the unwavering commitment of a dedicated team. Those lessons continue to guide me today.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Craven earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned a registered nurse diploma from Riverside School of Professional Nursing in Newport News, Va., and a bachelor\u2019s degree in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va.
