The Joint Commission\u2019s hospital standards are developed in consultation with healthcare experts and providers, measurement experts, and patients. These standards are informed by scientific literature and expert consensus to help hospitals measure, assess, and improve performance.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve accreditation, ClearSky Lakeshore underwent a rigorous onsite review by a team of Joint Commission surveyors who evaluated the hospital\u2019s compliance with standards across key clinical and operational areas.
