Martha San Martin, LMSW, CCM
We’re pleased to introduce Martha San Martin as clinical liaison of ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Weatherford.
Martha will be responsible for the evaluation of patients to determine if they meet admission criteria for inpatient rehabilitation, as well as sales and marketing.
Martha has nearly 20 years of healthcare marketing experience, having worked with inpatient rehabilitation facilities, long-term acute care facilities, and skilled nursing units. She has worked as a medical social worker in acute care settings and is CCM certified.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas, and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas in Arlington.
