ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Kenosha recently earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval®, which reflects its continuous compliance with performance standards and commitment to providing safe and quality patient care.

To earn the accreditation, ClearSky Kenosha underwent a rigorous onsite review where a team of Joint Commission surveyors evaluated compliance with the hospital’s standards related to several areas. The surveyors also conducted onsite observations and interviews.

Developed by healthcare experts and providers, measurement experts, and patients, the Joint Commission’s hospital standards are informed by scientific literature and expert consensus to assist hospitals in measuring, assessing, and enhancing performance.

“This accreditation is a testament to our dedication to providing safe, effective, and high-quality care to the community we serve,” says Julie Hauk, CEO of ClearSky Kenosha. “Our commitment to providing specialized rehabilitative care to our patients to help them regain their independence and achieve maximum recovery remains our top priority.”

ClearSky Kenosha is a 39-bed medical rehabilitation hospital providing specialized rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or medically complex conditions, such as COVID-19. It is located within the Palmer Tower of Froedtert Kenosha Hospital.
