ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Kenosha Honored with Prestigious Award

ClearSky Health is pleased to announce that ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Kenosha has been recognized with an organizational award highlighting the hospital’s commitment to effective, efficient, and timely patient-centered care.

The 39-bed medical rehabilitation hospital provides specialized rehabilitative care to patients with disabling injuries or illnesses such as strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or other medically-complex conditions.

ClearSky Kenosha received ClearSky Health’s 2024 Highest Program Evaluation Model (PEM) Score Award. The award goes to the hospital that has achieved the highest PEM score during the past year from Netsmart Technologies, Inc., the administrator and steward of the nation’s largest database for rehabilitation outcomes.
