ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Avondale recently earned ClearSky Health’s Most Improved Performance award, receiving the distinction from among 15 hospitals nationwide.

The award celebrates ClearSky Avondale for having the greatest overall operational improvement this past year, going above and beyond to evolve, adapt, and raise the standard of care for its patients and communities.
