ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Elwood-St. Joseph Accredited by The Joint Commission

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Elwood-St. Joseph recently was accredited by The Joint Commission, earning the organization’s Gold Seal of Approval® by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards. The Gold Seal is a symbol of quality that reflects a healthcare organization’s commitment to providing safe, quality patient care.

ClearSky Elwood-St. Joseph is a 30-bed medical rehabilitation hospital that provides specialized rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or medically-complex conditions, such as COVID-19. It opened this past spring.

ClearSky Elwood-St. Joseph underwent a rigorous onsite review to earn the accreditation. During the visit, a team of Joint Commission surveyors evaluated compliance with ClearSky Elwood-St. Joseph’s standards related to several areas. The surveyors also conducted onsite observations and interviews.
