Dr. Jinny Yoon has been named Medical Director of ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Mansfield. In this role, she will lead the medical rehabilitation hospital’s interdisciplinary healthcare team, which will provide patient services that include physical, occupational, and speech therapy; rehabilitative nursing; case management; respiratory therapy; dietary services; and other specialized care.
Board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Yoon brings more than 25 years of experience to her role, having served in medical leadership roles in rehabilitation and acute care hospitals throughout Texas, New Jersey, and Nevada. She also was a practicing physiatrist in medical facilities in New York, Nevada, and Illinois. Yoon completed a residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation in New York City, and earned her medical degree from Yonsei University College of Medicine, the oldest and most prestigious medical school in Korea, located in Seoul, South Korea. Yoon also completed a healthcare management course for physicians at the University of Texas in Dallas.
Yoon is a diplomate of the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and a licensed physician acupuncturist. She is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management and the American College of Acupuncture.
