Traci Bridges has been named Director of Marketing and Business Development for ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Rockwall County. The new 36-bed medical rehabilitation hospital is scheduled to open this fall in Heath, Texas, and will provide specialized care to patients with disabling injuries or illnesses caused by strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or other medically-complex conditions.
Bridges brings 28 years of healthcare experience to her new role, having started her career as a licensed social worker. Most recently, she served as market director for strategies and integrations for two post-acute inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in North Texas. She has held senior leadership roles across post-acute healthcare, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and senior living sectors with expertise in sales, marketing, business development, program design, and patient admissions. In her new role, she will lead ClearSky Rockwall County’s admissions department and coordinate marketing efforts to educate patients, families, communities, and referral sources about the hospital’s services.
“I’m looking forward to helping individuals reclaim their independence through access to high-quality, specialized rehabilitative care,” Bridges says. “By working closely with patients, families, and referral sources, I hope to raise awareness in the community about the exceptional care options available at ClearSky Rockwall County and support each patient’s journey toward recovery.”
Bridges earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. She earned a master’s degree in social work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Oklahoma State University in Tulsa, Okla.
