ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Baytown recently selected Sherrie Daniels as its Director of Marketing and Business Development. The new 36-bed medical rehabilitation hospital is scheduled to open this spring and will treat patients with disabling injuries or illnesses caused by strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or other medically-complex conditions such as COVID-19.
Daniels has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, having held several leadership roles in healthcare facilities throughout Texas. She most recently served as a clinical and marketing liaison for an acute rehabilitation hospital in Houston. She has experience in budgeting, program growth, human resources management, expense management, program development, quality and outcome improvement, and productivity management. In her new role, she will lead ClearSky Baytown’s admissions department and coordinate marketing efforts to educate patients, families, communities, and referral sources about the hospital’s services.
Daniels received an associate’s degree in nursing from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee.
